WC Boot Camp

Enjoy a  fun supportive high intensity 45 min class  based on CrossFit workouts. Classes are held  Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday at 8AM and is free to wc residents.

Total Conditioning with Vivian

A total body strength workout that incorporates body weight exercises and dumbbells. You will learn proper form and gain muscular strength and endurance.From beginners to advanced this class is great for all fitness levels.

Circuit Training with Rene

Circuit training is a form of body conditioning that involves endurance trainingresistance training, high-intensity aerobics, and exercises performed in a circuit, similar to high-intensity interval training. It targets strength building and muscular endurance. An exercise "circuit" is one completion of all set exercises in the program. When one circuit is completed, one begins the first exercise again for the next circuit. Traditionally, the time between exercises in circuit training is short and often with rapid movement to the next exercise.

Zumba with Daisy

An aerobic fitness program featuring movements inspired by various styles of Latin American dance and performed primarily to Latin American dance music.

Beginners Yoga with Lisa Ann

Beginner yoga is a gentle, basic classes with no flow between poses.It will be slow-paced stretching class with some simple breathing exercises. This is a good place to learn relaxation techniques, beginner poses and become comfortable with yoga.

Yoga Stretch with Lois

This class will slowly stretch your whole body from head to

toe. It is based on the principals of Yoga that allow your body

to "open like a flower petal blooming” Balance flexibility and

alignment will improve as the body is allowed to open gently.

It is geared to all levels.

Chair Yoga with Lois

This is a yoga class in which postures and breathing exercises

are performed while seated or standing with the aid of a

chair. This gentle practice typically targets those who find it

difficult to get on or off a floor mat or need the aid of chair

due to a physical disability. It is also a great form of yoga for

beginners.

 

Gentle Flow Yoga with Lois

This class begins with stretches that allow the body to open

gently and then moves into a flow yoga. During the flow part

of the class the postures follow seamlessly from one to

another.

It is geared to all levels.
