Good afternoon Winding Cypress residents,
I wanted to provide you with a brief weekly update ahead of the weekend.

Brightview will complete the mowing cycle this week and are scheduled to complete pruning in Phase 2 by early next week before moving into Phase 3. Mulching has been completed as well, and the agronomy team has fertilized the turf and sprayed weeds in Phase 3.
- Michael Patterson, Brightview Manager, will be available to meet with homeowners at the Clubhouse on Thursday, November 7th and Thursday, November 21st, from 8am to 10am, for any landscaping questions, comments, and/or concerns you may have.
- Please utilize the Brightview Portal for any landscaping or irrigation issues, even if you do speak with Michael about your specific property issue or request.
- You can download Brightview’s October Calendar here, as well as view it on their portal. The November Calendar will be uploaded in the portal as soon as it is completed.
Please enter any guests and/or vendors through GateAccess.net or by calling (239) 880-3180. Guests entered on your guest list will expire after one year. Please remember to update your guest list accordingly.
In an effort to streamline our processes, announcements for WC upcoming Events and Activities will be communicated on Wednesdays each week moving forward.
The Compliance Committee is beginning inspections of homes in Phase 2 for any items not in compliance with the Winding Cypress Rules and Regulations, such as dirty roofs, exterior painting, etc. Click Here to view the Rules and Regulations, which can also be found under the Owner Documents tab.
The next ARC Committee meeting will be held on Tuesday, November 5th at 9am in the Event Room.
The CDD will have their next meeting in the Event Room on Thursday, November 7th at 1pm.
The next proposed BOD Meeting dates are: November 19th @ 2pm, January 21st @ 6pm, February 18th @ 2pm, and March 18th @ 6pm. (These dates are subject to change.)
